100,000 tons/year PVC special resin project
1.概述
PVC special resin is widely used in artificial leather, automotive decorative materials, floor leather, wallpaper, toys and other industries, is one of the main raw materials of the plastic industry, but also an important "chlorine consumption" products。
2.Market demand and forecast
At present, the amount of domestic special resin is estimated at more than 1 million tons/year, with the rapid development of the national economy, the demand for special resin will grow at an average growth rate (7-8%) in the next few years。
3.Product production plan and scale
3.1 Brief introduction of production process
At present, the main production methods of polyvinyl chloride special resins in industry are seed emulsion polymerization, micro-suspension polymerization (one-step method) and infiltration method。
3.2 Process Plan
In view of the large gap in the domestic market of PVC special resin products and the rising demand, this project adopts micro-suspension polymerization (one-step method) to produce PVC special resin。
